The Health Care Law's Effect on Politics

Just a few weeks ago, it seemed that the Democrats were in control. With a majority of Americans blaming the shutdown on Republicans, and the seemingly inevitable split in the Republican party between the Tea Party supporters and the Republicans opposing the Tea Party, it wasn't crazy to think that the Republicans could lose their majority in the House, and the Democrats would continue to control the Senate and the Presidency. Now, it isn't so likely. With Obama admitting that his "if you like your healthcare, you can keep it" promise would not be fulfilled, the Affordable Health Care Law is in shambles. Now, like the first article dictates: "(the) Republicans found their voice". All Republicans could join together in protesting the Affordable Care Act, while the House Democrats split themselves. Now the Democratic Party is slowly dividing, and a house majority in the near future seems unlikely. However, anything can happen in the next few weeks. Things changed so quickly in these past few weeks, so who's to say it won't happen again moving forward?
